GOES WIRELINE/SLICKLINE MEASURING SYSTEM

GOES is glad to extend its Wireline/ Slickline production line with an own measuring system comprising of the full range of measuring heads and the winchman’s panel.
All are already field proven and are waiting to be installed in your units!

We are presenting to you our new stars:

The GM16 : a 16” three sheaves measuring head for Slickline up to 0.125” and E-line/ Braided line up to 1/4”

The GM20: a 20” three sheaves measuring head for Slickline up to 0.160” and E-line/ Braided line up to 5/16”.

Both 0.160” Slickline and 5/16” cable are arrangeable in our new GOES dual drum winch with elevatable SL drum. This set up saves you an extra 5/16” module or unit.

The GM 16 and GM20 measuring heads have both two depth encoders as well as an electric load pin and a hydraulic load cell (for main and back up).

The GO-Straight: a Logging measuring head for cables up to 17/32” for OH and CH Logging utilization.

All 3 measuring heads can be calibrated by our Tension Calibration Device which is designed for easy usage by direct installation into the winch frame. This provides an additional safety aspect when performing tension calibration.

The GO-HMS Winchman’s Panel : A Touchscreen panel which can be used in SL and Wireline units – one for all applications! 
With alarm and shutdown settings, a wire management system, metric and imperial data visualization, easy and self-explainable design as well as the ability of monitoring 2 pressure values and including these in a job report.

Most important : No license fees, free of charge system updates and an easy job report without additional program installation.

We have manufactured for this client 2 x Truck mounted Nitrogen pumping Units, 1 x Truck mounted Fluid pumping unit, 1 x Trailer mounted Acid Pumping Unit with pulling Tractor and 1 x Truck mounted Double pumping unit

DOUBLE CEMENTER, SOUNDPROOFED, FOR EUROPE

This is what we call an Eierlegendewollmichsau in Germany. Building a twin cementing unit with proper sound proofing, latest emission stage engines, 4 c-pumps, having capacities for HP iron and being below 32t to be road legal without special permissions on European roads.

 

Each of these twin pump cementers are equipped with 2x John Deere JD14 engines, 2x SPM Oil & Gas TWS 600S HD high pressure pumps, and 2x Allison Transmission 4700OFS, whereas on one side we have an Eaton auxiliary gearbox installed to be capable to pump low rates.

 

We wish Fangmann Energy Services GmbH & Co. KG luck and we hope that with these new units that they just got, they will overcome all the challenges they have at their new upcoming jobs. We thank them for the trust and business!

Skid mounted single Cementing unit for Angola, Africa

Recently, we have finished manufacturing a Skid mounted single Cementing unit with a “low pressure” jet mixing type cement slurry mixing system for one of our clients in the mighty Africa, more precisely in Angola.

As main components, this unit is fitted with a CAT C15 engine, Allison 4700 OFS transmission and GD triplex pump.

All our units are tailored as per client’s requirements and will fulfill their purposes.

Coiled Tubing Unit – Manufactured for Desert Conditions

COILED TUBING UNIT MANUFACTURED FOR DESERT CONDITIONS

We have recently delivered to its new owner this massive Coiled Tubing Unit built on a modified Mercedes Benz Arocs chassis, with an overall dimension of 15m x 2,55m x 4,3m.

It can accommodate up to 7200m (23622 ft) 1,5” Coil, it has 16R20 single tires and the load per axle is up to 13t.

This unit was manufactured especially for rough terrain and desert.

24ft Wireline Container Trucks for EXPRO

WIRELINE CONTAINER TRUCKS FOR EXPRO ARGENTINA

We are pleased to announce the delivery of two new 24ft Wireline Container Trucks to our fellow customer EXPRO!

The units are meant for Argentina and designed with the latest engineering feature from GOES GmbH – a combination winch for 5/16” cable drum and a Slickline/ Wireline drum up to 0.125” / 1/4”. This allows an enormous flexibility in the range or cable and slickline wires. With a 20” measuring head even 0.160” slickline and 5/16” cable can be used utilizing the same head on that winch.
The smaller drum is elevated for utilisation.

The 24ft Wireline Combination Units are equipped with its own Power Pack as well as an integrated PCE control panel and mounted on a Mercedes Axor 3131 truck chassis.

5 YEARS ANNIVERSARY WITH 75 75 GOES SLICKLINE / WIRELINE UNITS IN THE FIELD
The GOES Wireline Team is looking back on a successful and diversified year: Besides numerous unit deliveries and services done, we launched our own measuring system with 2 types of measuring heads: GM 16 and GM 20 as well as the GO-HMS Winchman’s panel.

Also our fully electric winch drive system is continuously writing its success story and has been implemented in various units all over the world.
Moreover, GOES Wireline celebrated this year its 5th anniversary with 75 GOES Slickline/ Wireline Units in the field!

We would like, therefore, to thank all our customers for their trust and the fruitful cooperation within these 5 years and we are looking forward for more years to come and plenty new units to be delivered.

TWIN CEMENTING PUMPING UNIT - TRAILER MOUNTED - Delivered to Algeria

Last year at #ADIPEC we met a new customer from #North #Africa for the first time. Today, the Twin #Cementing #Pump Trailer Unit is on the way to the #Algerian #oilfields. We wish them luck and continuous jobs.
This Cementer is equipped with two C-15 engines, two #Allison 4700 transmissions and two #SPM TWS 600 pumps. The unit can be operated in automatic and manual mode.
