GOES Data Vans (Data Control Centers) are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted versions. Trailer mounted versions are also available with slide-out system.

The interior will be jointly and individually designed with the customer. Besides a better image in front of the customer, GOES Data Vans reduce the amount of required operators, improve performance quality and offer real-time data collection.

GOES Hydration Units ensure gel fluid consistency in accordance with residence time, optimizing fluid performance. Our Hydration Units can be controlled in manual or automatic mode from the operator control console.

All hydraulic and operation parameters are transmitted to the Data Van. The units are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted design and have usable tank volumes up to 200 bbl (32 m3).

  • Used for the hydration of different frac base fluids (gels) in preparation to be transferred to the blender for crosslinking

Heating Frac Fluid in a short time frame is a key to a fast and good perfomance of a fracturing job. GOES offers two different frac fluid heating systems (hot water units). Either a North American Style Superheater with capacities of up to 11 MBTU (3.200 KW) or a Buderus heater delivering up to 3.050 KW.

All units are available as a truck, trailer or skid-mounted design and the diesel tanks can be built in accordance with customer requirements.
