GOES Batch Mixing Units are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted systems. The key characteristics of our batch mixers are simple operations and maintenance and providing a wide range of density options and a homogeneous slurry.

Batch Mixers are designed with redundant circulating and discharge centrifugal pumps such that slurry can be mixed in one tank while slurry is discharged from the other. Our design also allows either slurry centrifugal to circulate and discharge from either tank.This redundancy provides backup if one of the centrifugal pumps should ever have an issue.

Our automatic density control system can be ordered to support the mixing process. GOES Batch Mixing Units are available up to flow rates of 15bbl/min.

Depending of the application, the units can be ordered as a skid, trailer or truck-mounted system.
Our fluid pump skids are available with DNV 2.7.1 and ATEX certifications. GOES oilfield units can all be ordered with CE marking. Main components can be chosen by the customer, but standard packages are also offered.
Truck mounted designs can be ordered with a deck-engine or with a cost and weight-saving set up where the road engine is used also for the pumping application. Each unit is available as a twin fluid pumping system too.

GOES Automatic Liquid Additive System Units (chemical additive units) are available in various standard configurations. Customers can choose between electronic or hydraulic driven systems, between stainless steel tanks or plastic totes and different chemical pump sizes.

All different chemical unit designs have in common that easy access to pumps and tanks is guaranteed through a walkway in between the tanks. Additionally, the unit can be controlled automatically or manually.

GOES chemical additive systems can also be integrated in most of other brands data vans.
